Digital Marketing Manager – Beauty Industry

Are you a creative and commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for beauty? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing beauty business that creates, markets, and distributes innovative beauty products loved by consumers worldwide.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the creation and execution of digital campaigns across Paid Social, Organic Social, Email, PPC, SEO, SMS, and Display.
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns, driving strong performance and ROI.
• Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimised for maximum impact.
• Plan and deliver the digital campaign calendar, including exciting new product launches.
• Develop engaging digital content that grows audiences and boosts engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (influencers, agencies) to maximise results.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse ROI, and provide actionable insights.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in brand management or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and analysing performance.
• Creative mindset with an eye for brand-building and innovation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central is a bonus.
• A genuine passion for beauty!
