You will lead our paid digital channels, providing insights and recommendations to optimise efficiency and ROI.This role reports to the Head of MarketingMain Duties:Plan and optimise paid digital campaigns across channels to reach ticket sales targetsOwn multi-million-pound annual digital marketing budgets and allocate across channels to maximise ROIMake recommendations for content capture and best assets for adsAudit best targeting and audiences to date across accounts to help inform strategy moving forwardContribute to the development and implementation of a digital marketing strategy for American and European marketsEnsure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement of all paid digital activitiesAnalyse web traffic to find opportunities for improving audience segmentation and campaign targetingAnalyse campaign performance as well as daily and weekly ticket sales to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvementMeasure and report on campaign results to producers of tours being promotedShare results and strategy effectiveness with the MD and Head of Marketing, drawing insights and providing recommendations for improved performanceIdentify and inform digital marketing opportunities in weekly marketing and producer meetingsIdentify, test, and implement innovative ad formats to reach targets and optimise growthCollaborate with marketing, ticketing and producer teams to align strategies and measure holistic campaign effectivenessExpert knowledge of digital practices across paid social and PPCHighly developed analytical and planning skillsStrong experience in budget management to maximise efficiency and lower CPAsFamiliarity with A/B testing methodologies and executionWhat We Offer:Salary £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience25 days of annual leaveBonus leave - Mental Wellbeing Day and a day off in the month of your Birthday£120 per quarter Employee wellbeing allowanceAccess to private healthcare (following 1 year’s service)Access to free counselling and mental wellbeing services through our Employee Assistance ProgrammeLife Assurance of 4 x base salaryAnnual season ticket loanBike to work schemeComplimentary tickets to Fane shows, Kilimanjaro Live events and access to free booksLocationThe Fane office is based in Farringdon, London with the option to work from home up to 40% of the time.How to ApplySend a CV and cover letter outlining why you would be ideal for the role to jobs@fane.co.ukMore About FaneLaunched in 2017, Fane has grown exponentially to become the global operation it is today, taking its renowned programming to consumers and corporates alike and becoming a partner of choice for talent, publishers and agents in the UK and internationally.
