This role is responsible for developing and executing a content-driven digital marketing strategy that enhances brand storytelling, drives lead generation, and improves user engagement across our website and social media channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SEO, content marketing, website optimisation, and performance analytics, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and deliver measurable results. This is a permanent role located in Goodbody’s head office in Dawson Street Dublin with hybrid working opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement an effective content marketing strategy including setting objectives, auditing effectiveness, evaluating ROI, defining content types for brand storytelling and lead generation.Manage Goodbody website to include updating and adding new content, reviewing analytics and outlining recommendations for improvements. Leading on website optimisation for SEO as well as usability.Defining a strategy for SEO and planning improvements across the website to boost awareness and visits.Support senior manager on strategising and overseeing social media presence across all channels.Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to review content and SEO effectiveness and develop tactics to improve performance.Creating, maintaining, and implementing digital marketing and editorial calendars in collaboration with executives and content creators including updates to the website via WordPress.Ability to write content with a keen attention to detail. Ensure content aligns to brand messaging.Measuring, reporting and recommending on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Marketing – ideally this would be a digital marketing degree5+ years’ experience in digital marketing.Solid understanding of PPC, SEO & SEM concepts.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
