We think creatively, embrace feedback, and celebrate both wins and lessons learnt along the way.OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, providing support to all games within our portfolio. You will be responsible for website build and maintenance, email marketing strategy and CRM management. Ecommerce experience is a plus. This role is a fixed term contract while our current Marketing Manager is on secondment in the Brand team. We’d ideally like someone who can start by December 2025, and the contract will run until the end of August 2026. There is potential for conversion to permanent at the end of the contract.What will you do?Assist in the development of Kepler-wide marketing strategies and partnerships, including CRM, paid media, and new and emerging streaming/social platforms.Build and maintain websites for our various partners. We currently build within Wix, so a working knowledge is ideal but we are also happy to teach you.Develop and execute email marketing strategies for Kepler and our studios; we currently use Getresponse.Building email templatesScheduling – ensuring the right cadence for each audienceUtilise your knowledge of recent email best practices (including GDPR law).CRM strategy and management, optimising our systems to interact in the back end.Support the set up of ecommerce sites, integrating into our CRM for data capture.Set up regular performance marketing testing of media campaigns including A/B and multivariant testing of content and appropriate avenues for placements.Produce regular reports following marketing campaigns built with clear analysis and detailed reporting, plus be able to provide commentary on what worked and what to change for future campaigns.Generate additional opportunities for visibility, growth, and success for the Kepler group through various partners, from strategic technological partnerships to media providers.Attend and coordinate meetings with studios as required, acting as a conduit between development teams and departments/partners to ensure they always have the required materials to deliver on our marketing efforts.Briefing and managing marketing partners for bespoke campaigns and physical products including merchandise, influencer kits and physical releases.What we’re looking forStrong experience in a Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar roleYou don’t need to have worked in the games industry, but you do need to be passionate about it.Keen interest in and knowledge of the latest marketing strategies and techniques.Thorough understanding of the publisher structure and capacity to quickly adapt to each team’s needs.Values alignedInterview processFor the Marketing Manager role we plan to have 3 stages of interview. First stage: you’ll meet with Dan Allman, Marketing Director, and Lewis Matthews, the current Marketing Manager. The team will explore your skills and experience and provide more information about the role. Second stage: you’ll have a technical interview with Dan and a Brand Manager, with a short brief to complete beforehand. Third stage: a values interview with two people from the business outside of your team to explore values alignment.
