Overview

This is a key position within a leading London-based leisure business that’s redefining social entertainment in the UK and beyond. The role is to shape and execute a digital strategy that drives customer engagement and commercial performance, including managing paid digital media, CRM, and website optimisation. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of digital marketing in the UK, working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver full-funnel results. You’ll be data-led, strategic, and hands-on, balancing day-to-day campaign execution with long-term digital growth planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the UK digital marketing strategy across paid media, CRM, social, content, and website channels
  • Manage and optimise the CRM and loyalty programmes, including customer journeys, database segmentation, and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital activities with wider brand campaigns and commercial goals
  • Own and manage the UK digital marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking and ROI analysis
  • Oversee agency relationships to deliver optimised, on-brand paid media campaigns
  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with SEO and social media best practices
  • Lead the integration of new digital tools and systems to support business needs
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints are compliant with GDPR and follow best-in-class data hygiene standards
  • Drive growth in customer databases through continuous optimisation of acquisition channels
  • Produce and present monthly reports on digital performance, using analytics tools to generate actionable insights
  • Maintain and evolve digital assets such as the website and social platforms, ensuring they reflect the brand and enhance the user experience
  • Keep abreast of emerging digital trends and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or entertainment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and content management platforms (e.g. Braze, Punchh, WordPress)
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive performance and optimise strategy
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to present ideas and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of digital channels including paid media, SEO, email, mobile, and website UX
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage budgets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
