D2C brand . This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering the marketing strategy, managing a team of two, and driving performance across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing:

Lead and optimise all paid media channels to deliver a consistent pipeline of quality leads. Growth Strategy:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase revenue and market share, while testing new channels. SEO & Content:

Drive organic growth through SEO improvements and engaging content. Influencers & Social:

Manage influencer campaigns and strengthen the brand's organic social presence. Website & Conversion:

Oversee website performance, delivering CRO initiatives to maximise ROI. Customer Journey & Automation:

Implement automation and efficiency improvements to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Data & Insights:

Analyse performance data, identifying trends to improve customer experience and revenue. Team Leadership:
