About The Role As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. This lead generation and data role uses data to guide decision-making in a competitive market and is vital to the business. You will lead paid-for digital advertising campaigns and maximise ROI through HubSpot integration. You will also develop and administer our HubSpot platform to provide live dashboards and monthly board reports showing marketing effectiveness in real time. You will manage extensive contact lists, ensure GDPR compliance, build email campaigns and automated journeys, and work with the Communications Manager on SEO to maintain leadership in industry keywords. Your copywriting and SEO skills will support content that informs diverse audiences (landowners, ecologists, large corporations, building developers) and drive organic traffic and enquiries. We seek a well-organised and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of data and marketing strategy to amplify our brand in this sector. Responsibilities
Develop and manage our digital marketing strategy, including working with digital agencies as required Manage and develop the HubSpot CRM marketing system, including data management, automation, reporting, and campaign integration (HTML emails) Support data analysis to inform local and national marketing campaigns, including social media and Google paid advertising Collaborate with the Communications Manager and external agencies to produce SEO-rich content for case studies, thought leadership, and advertisements Contribute to developing the overall marketing strategy and budget alongside the broader marketing team

Requirements
Marketing qualification or equivalent experience An excellent understanding of digital marketing strategy and best practices Good knowledge of content management software and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) Strong SEO technical skills (Google PPC and Programmatic advertising) Strong organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills desirable
