This is a hands‑on role and is ideal for someone who thrives on driving measurable growth through digital strategy and execution.Reporting to the Associate Director of E-commerce and Merchandising, you’ll manage all performance marketing activity across paid media (Google, Meta, etc.), lead our email marketing strategy (Klaviyo), and be responsible for tracking and reporting on key KPIs across these channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing (Paid Media)Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, and lead entry into new channelsSet up and manage campaigns end‑to‑end, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, and budgetingContinuously improve ROAS, and conversion rates through structured testing and data‑led insightsReport weekly and monthly on performance, identifying opportunities for scale or efficiencyAffiliates marketing managementEmail MarketingOwn the planning, building, and testing of all email flows via KlaviyoManage segmentation and automation strategies to drive retention, engagement, and revenueCollaborate with Ecommerce, Creative and Sales teams to ensure alignment on launches and key marketing timelinesDigital Analytics & ReportingAnalyse and report on performance across all digital channels (Klaviyo, ad platforms)Deliver actionable insights on customer acquisition, retention, and conversionRequirements4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, within ecommerce and fashionA strong understanding and passion for luxury, ensuring brand elevation across all touchpointsProven track record of managing and scaling paid performance campaigns (Google, Meta experience required, Pinterest, TikTok or Snapchat experience as plus)Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms such as KlaviyoStrong analytical skills; confident working with GA4, performance dashboards, and Excel/SheetsHighly organised, commercially aware, and detail‑orientedStrong written communication skills and a test‑and‑learn mindsetSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionMarketing and SalesRetail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
