Capital C is a small yet powerful force dedicated to helping B2B businesses thrive by acquiring customers through cutting-edge digital campaigns.We're seeking a detail-oriented PPC Campaign Manager who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment while remaining adaptable as priorities shift and the business evolves.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate combines proven Google Ads knowledge with genuine enthusiasm for learning our established processes and growing within our framework for campaign success. This is a full-time (32-40h/week), in-person role (minimum 3 days per week in person in Central London).ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage campaigns across ad platforms (mainly Google Ads and LinkedIn), meticulously analyzing and optimizing each step to maximize performance.Conceptualize compelling messaging across ad copy, creatives, and landing pages, driving engagement and conversions.Initiate and oversee testing of new and evolving features to stay ahead of the curve.Create, update, and contextualize campaign reports that help our clients understand campaign performance.Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates, continuously updating your knowledge and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Proactively explore and test new tools and technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness.QualificationsOne to two years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns at an agency or in-house.Proficiency in ad platforms, particularly Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.Knowledge and experience of additional ad platforms (Microsoft Ads, Reddit, X is a plus).Eagerness to explore and embrace new technologies, staying curious and adaptable in a rapidly evolving landscape.Demonstrated ability to understand complex B2B businesses, value propositions, and target audiences.Familiarity with Google Analytics 4; Knowledge of Hubspot, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is advantageous.An analytical mindset with a passion for working with data, coupled with a structured and detail-oriented work style.Reliability and commitment to delivering exceptional results.Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach to service delivery.Degree in business or a related fieldKnowledge of the German language is a plus.What We OfferIn-person position (3 days in onsite, 1-2 days remote or onsite)32-40 working hours per week, distributed across 4 to 5 working daysOpportunity to work at the forefront of PPC alongside AI, shaping the future of digital marketing.Direct mentorship from our founder, Christina (ex-Google), combining hands-on learning with 15+ years of industry expertise.Access to our premium tech stack (Funnel.io & Google Data Studio for Cross-Platform Reporting, Optmyzr for automated campaign optimization and insights, AI tools such as Claude Teams)Collaborative environment within a small yet highly capable team.Competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise.To apply, please send a short (max 3 mins) video introducing yourself, highlighting your relevant experience, sharing your availability, and explaining what compelled you to apply to lili@capitalc.agency by Oct 6, 2025.
