Meta Ads Performance Marketer – Mobile Apps


A fast-growing startup is looking for a Meta Ads Marketer to drive the growth of their mobile apps. This is a full-time hybrid role, with office days based in South East London (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

This is a hands-on performance marketing role, ideal for someone experienced in managing large Meta ad budgets (£100k+ monthly) and scaling mobile app campaigns through data-led creative testing. You'll work closely with a small and agile team across design and product to rapidly iterate and double down on what’s working.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to drive mobile app installs and in-app actions
  • Managing high monthly budgets with full ownership of performance
  • Creating and evolving a robust creative testing strategy
  • Collaborating with design and product to launch, test, and optimise creative
  • Analysing campaign data and iterating to improve results
  • Supporting wider performance efforts such as Google Ads and SEO when needed


✅ What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
  • Proven track record of scaling mobile app campaigns (not just ecommerce)
  • Comfortable working with six-figure monthly budgets
  • Strong creative instincts with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Highly analytical, data-driven decision-making approach
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced product environments
  • Able to commit to a hybrid working pattern (Mon–Wed in office, Thurs–Fri WFH)


Bonus Experience

  • Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch)
  • Experience running campaigns on TikTok, Snap, or Google Ads
