Digital Marketing Manager | Premium Fashion

Part time | 3 days a week

£45,000-55,000 pro-rata

This UK based fashion retailer is known for its distinct point of view, design-led pieces, and close connection to culture and community. The brand has grown through authenticity, creativity, and word of mouth. As they step into a new stage of expansion, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help elevate their digital presence.


About the role

  • Plan and manage high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, focused on acquiring new customers.
  • Optimise spend for strong ROI while keeping brand tone and values front and center.
  • Take ownership of the customer journey across our eCommerce site.
  • Spot and action CRO opportunities to drive conversion and improve UX.
  • Ensure email content is always brand-aligned and adds value to the customer experience.
  • Report on campaign performance and turn insights into clear, actionable next steps.
  • Align performance marketing with the brand’s tone of voice and long-term vision.


About you

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing for fashion brands.
  • Know how to create and scale Meta ad campaigns focused on acquisition.
  • Confident working in Shopify and with tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Balance creativity with a data-first mindset- you value brand feel as much as the numbers.
  • Are self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team.
  • Bring calm focus, curiosity, and a thoughtful approach to testing and problem-solving.
