You ll manage and grow PPC-focused client accounts, working closely with our Digital Marketing Executives and SEO Specialist.This is not a generalist marketing role. The core focus is paid media management (Google Ads & Meta Ads). You will take ownership of PPC campaigns for our retained eCommerce clients, ensuring maximum ROI, while overseeing additional marketing channels (SEO, email, social) with the support of specialists.Your responsibilitiesDeveloping and managing high-performing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for eCommerce clientsProducing campaign forecasts, budgets, and performance reports (Google Ads Keyword Planner, Meta audiences, Google Data Studio)Driving client ROI through continuous optimisation, testing, and strategy iterationPresenting campaign strategies, results, and insights to clients with confidenceLeading multi-channel campaign planning across SEO, email (Klaviyo), and organic social with team inputManaging client relationships, ensuring delivery of agreed objectives and KPIsAllocating tasks to specialists and overseeing overall campaign executionManaging internal marketing campaigns and new business proposalsStaying up to date with necessary training and knowledge to support client needSkills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will be a paid media expert first and foremost, with proven experience managing PPC campaigns for multiple clients in an agency setting.EssentialPaid media management experience within an agency environment is essential.Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads campaignsAgency background with experience managing multiple client accountsAbility to analyse data (Google Analytics, Data Studio) and provide actionable insightsTrack record of delivering measurable ROI from paid campaignsExperience with SEO and email marketing (supporting channels, not core focus)Excellent client communication and relationship management skillsStrong organisational and project management abilitiesDesirableExperience with eCommerce clients and platformsMarketing qualificationsCRO and website performance auditing knowledgeReady to take your career to the next levelClick APPLY now and send us your up-to-date CV and cover letter.No Agencies Please
