Lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of paid digital campaigns (PPC, paid social, programmatic) across key event platforms Own and manage multi-million-pound digital budgets, allocating resources for maximum impact and ROI Support and advise regional venues on digital strategy and budget spend for touring events Develop campaign tracking, reporting and attribution frameworks to drive performance insight Collaborate across SEO, content, and production teams to ensure integrated and effective marketing execution

Qualifications & Skills

Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC, paid social and programmatic Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate campaign data into strategy Experience managing and allocating large-scale digital marketing budgets Ability to work across a multiplicity of campaigns simultaneously First-class communication and influencing skills and the ability to adapt reporting style to fit individual campaign requirements Skilled in using A/B testing frameworks to improve outcomes
