This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of the digital strategy and performance across a well-established and growing brand.The RoleAs the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, insight-led digital strategy. Working across multiple channels—including social media, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and website content—you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This is a hands-on, results-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on both strategic planning and tactical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Delivery:Create and implement multi-channel digital campaigns with a focus on performance and ROIManage content calendars, oversee campaign rollouts, and collaborate with internal teamsContinuously monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metricsAnalytics & InsightDefine and track digital KPIs such as SEO rankings, CTRs, email open rates, and audience growthProvide regular performance reporting using Google Analytics and other toolsConduct customer journey analysis, keyword research, and segmentation to inform strategyProjects & CollaborationLead digital projects such as website enhancements and new campaign initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with external agencies to deliver successful outcomesContent & QualityEnsure consistency of brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all digital touchpointsUphold high standards in content quality and compliance across all platformsCompliance & GovernanceMaintain GDPR and privacy compliance across all digital activityKeep up to date with platform standards and best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience:A recognised qualification in Digital Marketing (e.g., CIM or equivalent) is desirableMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role, with proven success in developing and executing strategies across multiple channelsSkills & ToolsStrong working knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, Sprout, and PIM systemsExperience managing agencies, freelancers, and collaborating across departmentsPersonal AttributesStrategic thinker with commercial acumenHighly organised, detail-oriented, and results-drivenExcellent communicator and team collaboratorReady to take the lead on digital transformation for a recognised industry brand?If you’re a dynamic and driven digital marketer looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you.
