About The Role The Digital Marketing Manager plays a vital role in enhancing the college’s digital presence and marketing systems. This full‑time position involves managing multiple projects, supervising team members and working closely with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the college’s vision and mission. The role focuses on strengthening digital channels, optimising engagement with prospective students, partners and donors, and supporting the college’s growth ambitions on a global scale. It requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills in digital marketing, website management and content creation, combined with a passion for the college’s mission and values. Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, digital media, communications or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO and social media platforms. Experience in project management, team supervision and campaign development. Excellent communication skills, creativity and the ability to analyse digital performance metrics. Personal commitment to Christian faith and understanding of the college’s mission, and the ability to articulate and promote the college’s values effectively.
Responsibilities
Enhance and manage the college’s digital marketing systems, including website development, SEO and user experience improvements to attract and engage target audiences. Lead the website development project, ensuring the site is optimised for search engines and provides an intuitive user journey. Supervise team members responsible for website maintenance, content updates and digital assets to ensure consistency and quality. Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that support the college’s vision and mission globally. Work closely with the Social Media Officer to coordinate digital community engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Monitor, analyse and report on digital marketing channel performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ensuring data accuracy and supporting recruitment and engagement initiatives. Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for prospective students, partners and donors, utilising website content, social media, email and print materials. Develop and maintain a digital marketing campaign calendar, including planning, execution and tracking of campaigns across various college programmes and events. Participate actively in promotional activities, including national exhibitions, conferences, open days and college events such as graduations and multicultural evenings. Build and nurture relationships with alumni through digital communications, maximising engagement opportunities. Contribute to the college’s community activities and support the team in achieving overall marketing and outreach goals.
