OverviewA successful financial technology company are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO & PPC) to join the marketing team.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of the core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance.Manage a small team of two and report into the Customer Marketing Director.Lead the strategic planning for all digital channels – identify emerging digital trends and technologies and drive the strategic development and optimisation of the website with a focus on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates and content effectiveness.Take ownership of the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and oversee the strategy and execution of PPC and digital display, email marketing capabilities and in-app marketing.Take ownership of reporting and measurement, management of the digital budget and act as the brand champion to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a digital role, with exposure to website building and management and a passion for website development and creating customer journeys.Experience of PPC, digital advertising, content management systems for website updates, SEO and an understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.Role DetailsThis is a hybrid role – two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week working from home.Salary & BenefitsThe salary on offer is £60,000 - £65,000 per annum dependent on experience and an exceptional benefits package which includes extensive private healthcare, enhanced sick leave and enhanced maternity and paternity, a generous annual training budget and in-office wellbeing perks such as manicures, massages and barbers.Other TitlesOther job titles relevant to this role include: Head of Digital Channels, Digital Marketing Lead, Digital Performance Manager, Digital Growth Manager, Digital Experience Manager, MarTech & Digital Strategy Lead, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Optimisation Lead, Performance Marketing & Digital Channels Lead, Customer Acquisition & Digital Channels Manager.
