Our client is an urban regeneration and property development business, seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support campaigns across sectors including residential property, hospitality, co-working, commercial leasing, and placemaking.

About the role:

• Support execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple brands.
• Manage and update website content (WordPress & Prismic), social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate on paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) and SEO initiatives.
• Develop organic social content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, and Weibo.
• Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns aligned with CRM goals.
• Track and report on campaign performance for ongoing improvement.

About you:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing channels including email, advertising, websites, and social media.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and paid social media campaigns.
• Experience supporting digital campaigns, liaising with agencies, and campaign development.
• Understanding of lead generation tactics and strategies.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
• Project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
• Experience with CMS systems.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud/Salesforce, including HTML email creation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
