About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our PR & Digital team. You'll help create and manage website content, deliver e-marketing campaigns, and support product launches across our B2C and B2B channels - strengthening our online presence and enhancing the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimise content across our websites (Karndean.com, KarndeanCommercial.com, PalioFlooring.com)
• Support product launches and digital marketing campaigns
• Assist with social media scheduling and content alignment
• Build and optimise email campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and ClickDimensions
• Support PPC, SEO, and website improvement projects

Skills & Experience

• Experience in website content management and email marketing
• Knowledge of CMS (Optimizely preferred)
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, ClickDimensions
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
• Understanding of UX and customer journey optimisation
