Main Purpose of Job
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering our multi‑channel marketing strategy, managing digital content, optimising campaigns, and supporting lead generation through our digital ecosystem. You’ll take ownership of the website, social channels, SEO activity, HubSpot CRM workflows, and support campaign execution from planning through to reporting.
Responsibilities And Duties
Website & HubSpot Management
Maintain and update the Word360 and Wordskii websites using the HubSpot CMS
Upload and optimise landing pages, blogs, resources, and case studies
Improve user experience, navigation, and conversion pathways
Work with the Marketing Manager to develop website strategy
Ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and accessibility across all pages
Help manage and optimise the HubSpot CRM, including lists, workflows, and lead management processes
Create automated nurturing journeys for NHS, public sector, and commercial audiences
Support segmentation and data hygiene to maintain a clean and efficient CRM
Produce regular CRM insights and campaign performance reports
Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram
Develop engaging content themes including linguist stories, award wins, case studies, product updates, and industry insights
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify opportunities to grow community reach
Support social campaigns tied to recruitment, brand building, events, and product launches
Write high-quality, SEO-driven content including blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and video scripts
Support the creation of visual assets
Contribute creative ideas for new content formats and campaigns
Conduct keyword research and optimise web pages for search visibility
Monitor website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics
Suggest and implement ongoing improvements to increase organic traffic and conversions
Build monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Assist in planning and executing campaigns for product launches, recruitment drives, NHS communications, webinars, and events
Coordinate campaign assets, tracking links, and performance measurement
Support email marketing activity and nurture sequences
Help manage digital touchpoints tied to the Wordskii platform
Assist with events, award submissions, and presentations as required
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
Skills and Attributes Required / What We’re Looking For
13 years experience in a digital marketing role or similar
Minimum 2 years experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub
Excellent writing and editing skills with a good eye for detail
Experience managing social media channels for a brand
Understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creative, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
Desirable
Experience in B2B marketing, especially within healthcare, tech, or services
Knowledge of paid advertising (PPC, paid social)
Experience optimising user journeys and conversion funnels
