Marketing Executive — Salary: £30,000; Location: Wiltshire (hybrid)
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support activity across a well-known lifestyle brand. This role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience across digital and traditional marketing, with a focus on email campaigns, website content, copywriting, and creative asset support. You’ll get involved in a wide range of marketing tasks, helping the team deliver day-to-day activity as well as supporting brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
Build and send campaigns in Mailchimp and Force24.
Manage lists, test campaigns, and track results.
Support with automation and campaign improvements.
Website & Content
Make updates to brand websites in WordPress (new content, images, banners, blogs).
Create landing pages and update e-brochures.
Check content accuracy and brand consistency.
Creative & Copywriting
Write and proof marketing copy for emails, websites, social posts, and printed materials.
Use Adobe InDesign/Photoshop to adapt existing artwork or create simple assets.
Support on design briefs for agencies/suppliers when needed.
Campaign Support
Help deliver seasonal and promotional campaigns across all brands.
Assist with the creation of brochures, flyers, POS, and other printed marketing materials.
Liaise with print and production suppliers to manage artwork and deadlines.
Marketing Admin
Keep marketing materials and image libraries organised.
Update retailer/partner portals with brand assets and information.
Provide general admin support for the marketing team.
Other Activities
Support events, photoshoots, or trade shows as required.
Monitor competitor activity and feedback market insight to the team.
Be flexible to get involved in ad hoc marketing projects.
About You
Experience in a marketing support or executive role (agency or in-house).
Hands-on knowledge of Mailchimp or similar platforms.
Confident using WordPress for content updates.
Good writing and proofreading skills.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop).
Organised, detail-focused, and happy to juggle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
