Salary: £34,000-£38,000 per year. This is offered on a full-time basis, with the option of a part-time contract for the right candidate.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can combine hands-on delivery with strategic thinking. You’ll create campaigns, manage digital platforms, and use data to drive growth, all while ensuring our content and communication resonate with the professionals who support young people in care.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management – Develop high-quality content (social media, blogs, newsletters, website, videos, campaigns) aligned with the mission and tailored to foster carers, social workers, and educators; design creative assets using Canva and other tools.
Social Media & Community Engagement – Plan, schedule, and manage posts across platforms; grow online engagement by encouraging discussion, sharing sector insights, and promoting courses and events.
Website & Platform Management – Maintain and update website content in CMS (WordPress, LearnWorlds), ensuring accuracy, SEO optimisation, user-friendly design, and strong conversion-focused landing pages.
Campaign Planning & Delivery – Support planning and execution of digital campaigns across email, social, and paid channels; deliver campaigns for webinars, course launches, and events, refining approaches with data and testing.
Email Marketing – Create and manage newsletters, nurture flows, and promotional campaigns via Mailchimp (or equivalent), segmenting audiences to tailor messaging and boost engagement.
Analytics & Reporting – Track performance using Google Analytics, social and email insights; produce reports with recommendations to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Hands-on experience with Canva, WordPress (or equivalent CMS), Mailchimp, and social media scheduling tools (e.g. Agorapulse, Hootsuite).
Knowledge of Google Analytics and confidence in tracking/reporting digital performance.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Ability to manage projects and collaborate using tools like Asana or Trello.
3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
