The Cinnamon Collection is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to bring the brand to life across digital and traditional platforms. This role sits within our hospitality portfolio and focuses on strategy, storytelling, and community engagement. Your Role

Shape the Strategy: Develop and deliver impactful media plans that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth across our restaurant portfolio. Create & Curate Content: Lead on creative storytelling across social media, websites, email, and digital campaigns. Work closely with chefs and restaurant teams to showcase seasonal menus and events. Grow Our Community: Manage and develop our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms; respond to trends and engage with our growing audience. Analyse & Optimise: Track campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics; make data-driven decisions to improve reach, engagement, and ROI. Build Partnerships: Collaborate with PR agencies, influencers, and media partners to maximise brand visibility and amplify key campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced & Insightful: 2–3 years’ experience in media, digital marketing, or communications—ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle sectors. Creative Storyteller: Ability to craft engaging content that connects with an audience. Digitally Savvy: Comfortable with paid media (Meta, Google), influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics. Organised & Results-Driven: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with data-led decision-making.
