Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver Google Ad campaigns, ensuring ongoing optimisation and ROI.
  • Produce marketing reports and data analysis across websites, email, social media, and PPC activity.
  • Support the database development strategy and maintain clean, actionable data.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to plan and execute engaging campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing data/operations or digital marketing role (B2B preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Analytics; confident interpreting performance data.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Results-focused, inquisitive, and comfortable bringing fresh, innovative ideas.
