Perfect for someone who loves mixing creative ideas with smart digital strategy and wants to actually see their work make an impact. You’ll be doing a bit of everything - from running fun social campaigns to crafting slick email marketing and helping shape bigger digital projects. It’s varied, fast-paced, and full of room to grow. What they’re after
Experience in digital marketing or social media (agency or in-house) Confident creating content that actually gets engagement Knows their way around email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.) Bit of a data nerd - loves checking what’s performing and tweaking for results Creative, organised, and full of ideas Happy to be office-based in Lincoln full-time
