My client is looking for a data driven & creative Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing agency.

This is a fantastic time to join the company as they grown and an opportunity for the right person to step into a more Senior role. The Digital Marketing exec will lead digital strategy, drive engagement and deliver measurable results, whether it’s earned media, SEO-optimised content or outreach campaigns.

Experience & fit

The successful candidate will have worked within an agency environment or in-house juggling multiple brands and have PR experience either first-hand or from working with external PR agencies. The role will be client facing and experience of working with clients & excellent communication skills are needed.

This would suit a seasoned Digital Marketer or someone looking to take the next step up in their career who has ambitions and can realise them.

Skills & experience required

  • Strong Digital Marketing experience across multi-channels
  • Proven success in content-led digital outreach and link-building
  • Exceptional writing skills across formats and platforms
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimisation and content performance
  • Confidence in presenting and reporting results to clients and internal teams
  • Experience mentoring junior team members

Desirable

  • Paid social media campaign experience (LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach tools and databases

The role requires a minimum of 3 days a week onsite and some travel to other offices within the UK.
