We are representing a fast-growing claims management company based in Manchester that is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join their team.

This position offers far more than day-to-day campaign management — it provides a genuine pathway to director level, with full autonomy to shape and lead the marketing strategy as the business expands.

What you’ll do:

Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid ads to generate high-quality leads.

Grow and manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.

Create engaging and professional content (blogs, posts, graphics) to build brand awareness and trust.

*

Optimise landing pages, funnels, and campaigns for maximum conversions.

*

Track performance using analytics tools, reporting on ROI and key KPIs.

*

Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing with business growth.

Take increasing ownership of marketing decision-making, with freedom to test and innovate.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social media).

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, or similar platforms.
