At Cox Automotive Europe, our centralised Enterprise Marketing Team drives the strategy and storytelling behind 14 diverse brands — both here in the UK and across Europe. And at the heart of it all is our Digital Team: the champions of online strategy, creative execution, and data‑driven growth.

What you’ll do

• Own the details – from auditing content and crafting topic clusters to delivering pixel‑perfect web updates in WordPress.
• Turn insight into action – using GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Microsoft Clarity, and Big Query to drive measurable improvements.
• Enhance every touchpoint – from email campaigns that engage (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot) to paid media that converts (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Collaborate across the business – aligning with internal teams and external partners to deliver results that wow.
• Proven experience across SEO, website management, email marketing, and paid media.
• Mastery of key digital tools and a data‑first mindset.
• The ability to juggle projects in a fast‑paced environment without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
• Bonus points for a CIM qualification or marketing degree.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing disciplines including SEO, website management, email marketing, and paid media.
• Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Microsoft Clarity, Big Query).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Data‑driven with a bias for action and results.
