We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead our pan-European digital & consumer engagement strategy, with a focus on our Veterinary OTC portfolio and Dental Care.In this exciting role, you will:Define and lead our digital marketing & content strategy, aligned with business goals to drive engagement and salesDrive paid, owned & earned media activation across Europe, integrating campaigns and e-commerce initiativesOversee content creation from social to e-commerce visuals, influencer and promotional campaigns and provide toolkits for local teamsOptimize performance marketing, manage and improve campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, using insights to boost ROIBuild internal digital capabilities & best practices across markets, develop playbooks, training, KPIs and manage agencies and partnersWhat we’re looking for5+ years’ experience in digital marketing (OTC, consumer health, FMCG or pet care ideal)Proven track record in paid media, social & e-commerce activationData-driven, ROI-focused mindset with strong project management skillsFluent in English (other European languages a plus)Willing to travel occasionally across EuropeWhy Join Animalcare?At Animalcare, our core values—integrity, ownership, one team, passion, and fun—are central to everything we do.
