The core focus of this role is to help strengthen and grow our digital presence through a targeted, data-driven approach. You’ll take ownership of executing, monitoring, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, helping to shape how we present ourselves online and connect with our audience.ResponsibilitiesProviding support directly to the Marketing DirectorAssisting and supporting the Marketing Director in all areas of the company’s marketing function.Social Media, Industry Media & WebsiteCreate, schedule and publish social media posts across Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram feeds.Assist with the release of video podcast content on YouTube, along with audio only content across other platforms.Using targeted strategies to grow social media followers and YouTube subscribers.Monitoring industry press and partner news feeds for relevant content.Build, edit and publish website content (Wordpress – training to be provided).Build, edit and publish online advertising campaigns, across social media platforms and Google Ads.Monitoring and reporting on web analytics.Assisting in the execution and evaluation of campaignsSourcing and editing images for digital campaigns.Monitoring campaign successes and failures.Creating and tracking campaign leads in our Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Providing campaign status reports back to Marketing Director and partners if required.Attending briefing calls with partners and agencies.Assisting with the set up and co-ordination of corporate events/webinars.For in person events – assisting with booking venues, organising catering.Monitoring attendee lists, sending out confirmation correspondence.On occasion you may be required to attend events.Updating corporate brochureware / presentations.Providing formatting assistance if required by the wider team.RequirementsA minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing roleExperience with social media networks including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, InstagramExperience with Wordpress preferableExcellent computing skills, especially Word & ExcelAdobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop at a minimum)Strong attention to detailPassion and enthusiasm for digital marketingThe ability to work as an efficient, reliable and flexible team memberGreat people-friendly attitude and positive energyKnowledge and experience of the marketing mixOrganised, self-motivated and accountable for your own workloadThe role is 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, based in Chertsey, SurreyThe PackageFlexible Annual Leave Package (25 days, plus Bank Holidays, increasing with Length of Service)Employee Assistance ProgrammePrivate Medical Insurance (applicable after 5 years’ service)Learning and Development Programme, aimed to support Career ProgressionMonthly Employee Recognition Awards (Extra Days Holiday or Amazon Voucher Rewards)Long Service Recognition Awards for 5, 10, 15 years+Complimentary Breakfast Available (8am – 9am Mon to Fri)Complimentary Tea/Coffee and Fresh Fruit Available All-dayFully Stocked Soft Drinks/Beer/Wine Fridge for Friday After Work DrinksDiscounted Corporate Gym MembershipCycle to Work SchemeShower FacilitiesFree Private Car ParkStaff Break Out Room with Pool TableRegular Company-Funded Social EventsCompany-Funded (Voluntary) Participation in our Charity EventsElectric Vehicle Charging Points are available at our Chertsey Head OfficeInclusion & DiversityKrome Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
