Job Summary Company: Festival Republic Department: Marketing Location: Farringdon, London and onsite at festivals Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager Contract Type: Initially, fixed term, 1 year. Working Hours: 10am - 6pm Mon - Fri. Will be expected to work at festivals in addition which span across weekends and evenings. Role Description Festival Republic is the country's leading festival and events promoter. We are looking for a creative, energetic and self‑motivated individual has enthusiasm for music events and festivals and would like to work within a busy events company. The individual will be specifically working in the Marketing Department during the campaigns across some of Festival Republic's events and initiatives. You will likely work across several events but will have a specific focus on Wireless Festival. You will be required to work onsite at festivals and events which include some evenings and weekends. Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Experience using Adobe Creative Suites is advantageous Excellent attention to detail Good use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel Familiarity with the Wireless Festival brand and an awareness of its audience and cultural impact

What the role includes
Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events and activities Work with a variety of CMS and social platforms. Assist in creating editorial content for websites and emails before, during and after events images, news, writing and editing copy. Collate and analyse statistics for websites, socials and assist in preparing weekly reports from data. Assist in the creation of social media strategy and content, liaising with the wider team to initiate, activate and motivate new online communities. Assist in continually engaging existing online communities through community management. Assist on all marketing activity with artists including coordinating reciprocal newsletters, social media mentions and any promotional activity that can be arranged both on and offline. Co‑ordinate with marketing and PR on any relevant messaging for our communities. Assist with coordinating onsite film crew requirements and photography briefing. Coordinate innovative digital content on site at the festivals. Support the business with new digital initiatives. Create reports on trends happening in the industry. Assist in forecasting and updating campaign budgets. Liaising with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives Conducting market research and compiling reports to support marketing strategies Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑impact campaigns. Supports additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth digital operations and team success.
