PCT, a specialist education provider dedicated to helping students thrive through tailored learning and life-skills development, has partnered with Baltic Apprenticeships to offer an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Digital Marketing Apprentice.
We're looking for a motivated, creative, and team-oriented individual who's ready to learn and grow within a supportive environment. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing activities, including: creating and scheduling social media content, designing digital and print marketing materials, assisting with email campaigns, supporting event promotions, and helping to optimise website content. You'll also track campaign performance using analytics tools and learn to manage budgets for marketing initiatives.

In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Assist in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event promotions. Use Google Analytics and social media insight tools (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to track and report on campaign performance. Support social media content creation by designing posts, writing captions, and scheduling activity across platforms. Create and send email campaigns through Constant Contact, promoting courses, events, and company initiatives. Help manage event budgets, tracking costs for merchandise, venues, and suppliers using spreadsheets or digital tools. Update and optimise website content via WordPress, collaborating with an external web agency to improve performance and visibility. Design marketing materials using Canva and create engaging video or podcast content with Riverside for use across digital channels. Support offline marketing activities, including event coordination, printed materials, and branded merchandise design. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
Willingness to learn and develop new skills across all areas of digital and traditional marketing. Grade 5 in GCSE Mathematics & Grade 4 in GCSE English Proactive attitude and takes initiative on tasks and projects. Flexibility to work across different locations, environments, and types of marketing activity. Positive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork and collaboration. Adaptable mindset with the ability to handle changing priorities and deadlines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail when creating or reviewing marketing materials and content. Creative thinking with an interest in generating ideas for campaigns and content. Basic understanding or interest in marketing platforms and tools (e.g., social media, email marketing, or website CMS) - experience is desirable but not essential. Reliable and organised, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work. Salary, Hours&Benefits:
£16,500-£19,000 per annum 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:30-5:30pm This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
