In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

Check how marketing campaigns are performing using tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media insights. Make changes to campaigns when needed to help them stay on budget and get better results. Create and update content on websites and social media using platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Meta Business Suite. Design posters, social media graphics, and other materials using Canva and Adobe programs. Help run both online and offline marketing campaigns, such as social media posts, emails, brochures, and events. Work with team members and outside suppliers to make sure all marketing materials are accurate and delivered on time. Support the company's goal to reach more people online, attract new customers, and improve brand awareness. Occasionally help with small office tasks, like answering the phone when needed. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

Grade 5 in GCSE Mathematics & Grade 4 in GCSE English Willingness to learn and develop new marketing skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong drive to succeed. Able to work well as part of a team but also confident working independently. Basic understanding or experience of using WordPress to manage website content. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative thinking with an interest in digital media and design. Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Good attention to detail when creating or reviewing marketing materials. Salary, Hours&Benefits:

£14,720 per annum 8:30am-4:40pm Monday to Friday 20 days holiday plus bank holiday Staff parties and company events Pension scheme Company car scheme Business phone scheme Cycle to work Scheme This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we'll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you'll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
