As our Digital Marketing Apprentice, youll dive straight into real projects
learning how to create content, run campaigns, and use the latest tools to make brands stand out. With support from our experienced team, youll build skills, gain confidence, and kickstart a career in the fast-moving world of digital marketing. Along the way, youll enjoy great perks like Summer Fridays with early finishes, regular staff nights out, and even the chance to spend a week working remotely as part of our digital nomading initiative.
In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Management of internal 21 Degrees social media Management and optimisation of internal Google Ad Campaigns Creating content for social media through graphic design, video, etc Monitoring performance of internal marketing campaigns Writing SEO optimised content for the 21 Degrees website Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
