🏢 Location: Midlands/Hybrid (2-3 days/week in Midlands office)
Position Overview
As Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to accelerate growth across all channels – in the workplace, education, sports & leisure outlets and everywhere people gather. You will drive activity across performance media, websites, CRO, SEO/SEM, social and email, implementing an innovative full-funnel content strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM or lifecycle marketing professional to make a significant impact within a fast-growing, innovative business.
What you’ll be doing from Day 1
Developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Implementing a full-funnel content strategy and identifying digital trends for continuous growth
Championing digital strategies anchored in the customer journey and user experience
Optimising digital touchpoints to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Owning and optimising digital KPIs and websites, analysing performance and overseeing CRO
Collaborating with agencies, platforms, and digital vendors to ensure high-quality execution
Leading advanced measurement to guide media investment, including multi-touch attribution and MMM
Building and leading a high-performing team of digital specialists
Overseeing data privacy compliance and ensuring ethical digital marketing practices
Safeguarding the brand’s online reputation and ensuring regulatory alignment in all digital activities
Partnering with IT and Data to select and integrate the right platforms and ensure security
What we are looking for
Digital growth leader and strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a relentless focus on performance.
Extensive experience in digital marketing, with accountability for lead generation and performance metrics.
Proven track record in delivering full-funnel digital strategies with measurable business outcomes.
Applied stats and advanced measurement, including MTA, MMM, causal inference, and incrementality testing.
Experience managing high-performing teams and collaborating across different functions.
Deep understanding of website optimisation, analytics, paid media, SEO/SEM, marketing automation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – able to translate data into strategic actions.
Strategic and commercially minded, performance-driven, hands‑on and resourceful.
Tech‑savvy and data‑literate, proficient in advanced analytics and causal measurement.
