This role is ideal for a commercially minded analyst with strong technical skills, a passion for storytelling, and a drive to make a measurable impact.The role sits within the Marketing Effectiveness team, part of Customer Insights, Planning & Effectiveness within the Brands, Marketing & Experience (BMX) team at Lloyds Banking Group.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the analysis of digital marketing performance across channels including paid search, display, social, affiliates, and email.Develop and maintain digital attribution models to understand channel contribution and optimise media spend.Translate complex data into compelling insights and visual stories that influence marketing strategy.Partner with media agencies and internal teams to ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and campaign measurement.Find opportunities for optimisation through funnel analysis, customer journey mapping, and behavioural insights.Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and commercially relevant way.Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital analytics, attribution, and marketing measurement.About YouProven experience in a digital analytics or performance marketing role.Strong understanding of digital attribution methodologies (e.g. last-click, linear, time decay, data-driven, multi-touch).Proficiency in analytics and marketing tools, including:Web & App Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, FirebaseData Analysis & Querying: Python, R, SQL, BigQuery, ExcelTag Management: Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe LaunchExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.A curious mentality and a passion for using data to drive marketing performance and customer value.What We Can OfferSalary: £70,929pa to £107,000pa (dependent on location and experience) plus the benefits listed below.Location: London or Bristol.Hours: 35 hours, full time.Working pattern: Hybrid, with at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at one of the listed hubs.Discretionary annual group performance share bonusGenerous employer pension contribution up to 15%Private medical health coverAccess to share schemes and staff discountsOther InformationWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
