You’ll have a passion for working with young people, be resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll also:Have strong leadership and supervision experienceBe confident with safeguarding responsibilities and Ofsted requirementsCommunicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writingBe qualified to at least Level 3 in Residential Child Care (or SCQF Level 7)Hold a full UK Driving LicenceBe willing to work on a rota that includes 24-hour shifts and sleep-ins️ Sponsorship is not available️ Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be consideredWho you will be working for…SGS are recruiting on behalf of a large, established children’s residential care provider with 56 homes across the UK, including Scotland and Northern England.
