Please note, this position can be performed from any of our hubs (Chicago, San Francisco, NYC, ATX). This is a hybrid position that requires on site work in office up to 1 day per week. Remote applications will not be considered.

About the role:

The Customer Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving customer engagement, adoption, retention, and revenue growth through integrated marketing and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs. Working cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, regional marketing, customer advocacy, and sales, you will have an understanding of customer data and ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate expansion opportunities.

You will be hands-on with campaigns, tools, and reporting to support initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and drive adoption. You’re excited to dive into data and craft innovative programs that help our customers see the value of our solutions. Your ability to harness customer insights and translate them into impactful marketing initiatives will help demonstrate the value of our solutions and strengthen customer relationships.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission.

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)

$90,000 - $100,000 USD.
