Customer Marketing Executive Responsibilities
Lead customer acquisition efforts across multiple touchpoints, including website, in-store, and digital channels
Develop and execute a robust activity plan to grow loyalty programme and increase customer spend
Analyse performance metrics, customer insights and market trends to shape effective campaigns
Use customer feedback and analytics to refine and enhance the loyalty journey, focusing on engagement, retention and satisfaction
Manage rewards and offers to ensure they align with customer expectations and deliver value
Monitor the return on investment for all loyalty activities and share regular performance updates with stakeholders
Develop and manage and communications calendar for loyalty-related initiatives
Gather and respond to internal and customer feedback to drive ongoing improvements
Work collaboratively across departments to implement new processes and continuously improve ways of working based on competitor research and team input
Handle administrative duties such as processing payments and ensuring data is managed securely and ethically
Customer Marketing Executive Skills & Experience
Solid understanding on customer behaviour and loyalty programme strategies
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities
Collaborate mindset with the ability to build relationships across various teams
Familiarity with CRM tools and loyalty platforms is desirable
