The Role

They are hiring a Customer & Marketing Analyst to join a fast-growing, data-driven team. In this role, you'll analyse customer behaviour, marketing performance, and channel effectiveness to inform strategic decisions and optimise media spend. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and external analytics partners. An ideal role for someone who thrives in a commercial environment and loves turning data into actionable insights.

The Candidate

Key attributes of the suitable Customer & Marketing Analyst include:

• 3+ years of experience working in data analytics with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficiency with the use of SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of being able to manage multiple stakeholders
