Team –CRM - Marketing

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in either the Vitality Bournemouth or London offices. Full-time hours.

What this role is all about:

At Vitality, our focus is on engaging members in the Vitality Programme to help them live healthier lives, with diverse campaigns including discounts, prize draws, and health tips. We're big on personalisation and segmentation to meet our members' needs, using data intelligently. You'll collaborate with Marketing and other teams to deliver impactful campaigns, supported by CRM, design, and copywriting teams. Reporting skills are essential, with analytics support available.

Our brand identity is unique, avoiding stock photography and insurance jargon. While email is our primary communication channel, we also use SMS and push notifications. If you have experience with these, that's a bonus!
