Summary
The CRM Marketing Manager will lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, adoption, and revenue growth across the entire customer journey. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing teams, as well as Sales and Customer Success colleagues across the globe. This role brings lifecycle marketing perspective to campaigns across the globe, ensuring meaningful connections with customers internationally.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing peers, sales and other internal partners to set up and execute campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to evaluate effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs (onboarding, activation, cross-sell, engagement, retention, expansion).
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategies, product positioning, feature launches, and overall customer experience across the lifecycle.
- Champion operational excellence by tracking SLAs and ensuring efficiencies in campaign delivery.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects to support scaling initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of integrated B2B CRM marketing strategies across various customer segments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate a varied workload and multiple deadlines.
- Proven track record of working with regional or global scope in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams in a fully remote environment.
- Experience managing or contributing to large-scale cross-functional projects across cultures and time zones.
- Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ability to thrive with limited structure or clarity.
