We work closely with commercial, product and creative teams to make sure our communications support our business goals and make our seller and dealer experience as smooth as possible.About the roleIn this role, you'll join our Seller CRM team, and your main areas of focus will include:Ensuring smooth seller journeys by testing and improving automated lifecycle communicationsIdentifying and addressing customer pain pointsManaging a campaign calendar, iterating and reporting back to the business on what we’ve learntKey responsibilities will include:Understanding and optimising our complex end-to-end seller journeyCreating and managing complex customer journeys using emails, app notifications, and SMSConducting A/B tests to improve campaign performanceActing as the main CRM contact for our Customer Experience and Support teams, and supporting Product requests as neededWho you areIf you have:Experience in customer lifecycle management and automationA strong CRM background, particularly in campaign management and journey designSolid data analysis skills, with some experimentation experienceExperience with tools like Braze and LookerExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalThe ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasksA keen eye for detailA curious mind!…then we’d like to talk to you.Our interview processQualifying Screen - 30 minutesHiring Manager Interview - 45 minutesInterview loop with team, including short task - 60-90 minutesFinal Interview with Director - 45 minutesYou can expect to hear back from us within a week of each interview stage.
