CLIENT

We have partnered with a finance organisation to source a CRM Manager.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will join the growth team and report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, with a focus on driving customer engagement and retention. You will play a key role in managing the full end-to-end campaign lifecycle across both B2B and B2C segments.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

B2C Experience is crucial.

Experience with CRM Automations.

Experience with Braze or HubSpot is advantageous.
