Do you love using data and creativity to bring customers closer to a brand? Maxwell Bond are on the search for a CRM Manager to join a friendly, fast-moving marketing team and help shape how they connect with customers across AMEA and EMEA markets.

In this role, you will design and run personalised, multi-channel campaigns (including email & SMS) that make every interaction feel relevant and engaging. You will be the person who spots opportunities in the data, tests new ideas, and makes sure they are always learning and improving.

The end goal? Happier customers, stronger loyalty, and great results for the business.

You will be working closely with different teams across the company, so communication and collaboration are key. They are looking for someone with experience in a CRM Manager role, who’s confident with data and segmentation but also enjoys the creative side of bringing campaigns to life.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run personalised, multi-channel campaigns (including email and SMS).
  • Spot opportunities in data, test new ideas, and ensure continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with different teams across the company to shape customer journeys.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a CRM Manager role.
  • Confidence with data and segmentation.
  • Enjoys the creative side of bringing campaigns to life.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
