We are seeking an experienced CRM and Email Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves leading email marketing campaigns, managing loyalty programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy focusing on customer retention and engagement.
  2. Lead the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content development, and testing.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Data & Analytics, and Customer Service teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
  4. Manage the 'Treats' loyalty scheme, overseeing in-store and online activities to increase customer frequency and retention.
  5. Maintain an editorial calendar for email and SMS communications, ensuring consistent messaging and timing.
  6. Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies based on insights.
  7. Manage the SMS marketing budget effectively.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
  9. Supervise and mentor the Email Marketing Executive, providing guidance and training.
  10. Implement and oversee email automation tools and technologies.
  11. Forecast sales and revenue impacts of campaign plans.
  12. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR and Anti-SPAM laws.
  13. Minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM and email marketing, with a successful track record.
  14. Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Ometria.
  15. Experience in developing loyalty programs from inception.
  16. SQL knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
  17. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  18. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
  19. Knowledge of email marketing regulations.
