Creative Lead (Performance Marketing)
New Today
We're working with a DTC brand that has made it their mission to make their customers feel better every day, by creating products that are science-backed and proven to work. They're now looking for a Creative Lead to join them!
They've seen impressive growth over the past year, tripling in revenue, and establishing a strong brand presence. They know that paid social is integral to their next stage of growth, and this role is integral to that journey.
As their Creative Lead, you'll be leading their full-suite in-house content team, setting the strategy and establishing the frameworks to consistently turn creative into growth.
What you'll be doing
- Taking full ownership of the creative function for paid social; setting the vision, raising the bar, and ensuring performance is always front and centre.
- Motivating and coaching the creative team, creating an environment where great ideas can thrive.
- Driving a consistent rhythm of high-output creative sprints, where bold concepts are quickly brought to life, tested, and optimised.
- Building a creative testing engine, ensuring learnings continuously feed into the creative.
- Digging into customer data and feedback to shape messaging that actually resonates.
- Owning relationships with creative agencies and freelancers; expanding production capacity without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborating closely with the growth, retention and brand teams, turning strategy into action.
- Championing smart use of AI, tools, and systems to boost speed, scale, and creative experimentation.
- Acting as a key partner to the Marketing Director, contributing to wider strategy and creative thinking across the business.
What they're looking for
- It's essential that you have strong experience working in creative strategy and performance creative (bonus if that's with high-growth DTC brands!)
- You have an established history of using customer insight and performance data to deliver impactful paid social results.
- You've previously led creative teams and agency partners.
- You thrive in a fast-paced and testing-led environment.
And importantly, you're passionate about health, wellness, and building brands that can have a genuine impact.
