Content Specialist, Brand Marketing

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for subject matter expertise in content lifecycle management, ensuring omnichannel delivery of tailored messaging, and compliance with global processes. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders including medical, legal, regulatory teams, and external agencies.

We offer a flexible hybrid working model, balancing home and in-office work, with minimal in-person requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to ethics and compliance standards in interactions with healthcare entities.
- Participate in global content initiatives like Omnichannel Content Factory and MLR transformation.
- Lead global web content management for platforms like the Astellas Pro Portal.
- Manage content and assets aligned with target audience insights and messaging frameworks.
- Seek guidance and raise concerns proactively, coordinating with relevant teams.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Extensive experience in content creation, localization, and digital engagement within regulated industries.
- Data analysis skills to interpret insights for decision-making.
- Experience in pharma brand teams, digital marketing, and omnichannel content.
- Familiarity with Veeva products and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with omnichannel content in pharma or related industries.
- Understanding of regulatory review processes.
- Experience with oncology or specialist products is a plus.
- Innovative mindset and knowledge of digital transformation initiatives.
- Awareness of digital marketing technologies and workflows.
Education
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
Additional Information
- Permanent role based in the UK.
- Hybrid work with occasional office visits; candidates must be within commuting distance.
