OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and creativeContent Marketing Officer to join our Marketing team.The purpose of this role is to support the focus on increasing Orbital South Colleges’ brand presence with the use of East Surrey College and John Ruskin College websites, social media platforms and event activity; measuring and reporting on campaign outcomes.You willsupport the creation and delivery of Orbital South Colleges’ social media and content strategy within the overarching Marketing StrategyResponsibilitiesSupport the focus on increasing Orbital South Colleges’ brand presence with the use of East Surrey College and John Ruskin College websites, social media platforms and event activity; measuring and reporting on campaign outcomes.You will support the creation and delivery of Orbital South Colleges’ social media and content strategy within the overarching Marketing Strategy.QualificationsProven experience in a communications role, creating content and social media campaignsDegree or equivalent qualification (ideally in a Design and Marketing) or relevant professional experienceExperience of using photography to promote corporate identityMicrosoft Office – advanced level – experience using Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience of website content management systemsExcellent communication skills to liaise professionally with internal and external organisationsUnderstanding of person-centred practice and the engagement of learners in their own journeyOther skills which would be an advantage include photography, video editing and email marketing but training will be provided as necessary.Additional Information*Applications will however be shortlisted on a rolling basis, and we reserve the right to interview and appoint before this closing date.
