Managing and executing CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and consistent engagement Overseeing website updates and optimising for content and user experience Managing PR initiatives to boost Emma’s visibility Developing blog posts and careers content to attract both users and talent Building and growing our community of Emma users through engaging content and activities Planning and coordinating events to promote Emma’s mission Managing brand assets, creating decks, and supporting affiliates and presentations
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles — ideally within a high-growth startup or fintech company Strong writing skills with a portfolio of website copy, blog posts, product updates, or lifecycle email campaigns Ability to adapt tone of voice across formats, from landing pages to educational content and retention emails Experience with technical SEO and an understanding of how to structure content for search visibility Familiar with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Braze, or similar) Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with design or product teams Passionate about fintech and aligned with Emma’s mission to empower people financially A team player with strong attention to detail and a love for clear, compelling communication Excited to join a fast-paced team and help shape Emma’s voice across our owned channels
Bonus Points If You Have One of the Following
Deep knowledge of technical SEO, including structured data, keyword strategy, and content optimization Experience with PR or communications, such as writing press releases, pitching to media, or supporting thought leadership Strong track record in email marketing or CRM, including lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and A/B testing
