We are currently seeking a passionate and community-driven Community Marketing Specialist to champion our clients brand and connect meaningfully with the people they serve. This field-based role is critical in building relationships, increasing brand visibility, and providing community insights that drive uptake and engagement across our network areas.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll focus on communities in their live and upcoming network locations. Your presence on the ground will help deepen community trust, influence key local stakeholders, and ensure Highland Broadband becomes a valued part of the local landscape.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage community engagement activities, including sponsorships, local events, school partnerships, sports clubs, and community groups.

* Drive awareness and promote a positive brand presence across target communities.

* Identify and support local initiatives that align with Highland Broadband’s values and bring meaningful benefit to the community.

* Actively engage with local residents both in-person and through online platforms, forums, and community pages.

* Manage affiliate and referral programmes to increase service adoption in the region.

* Monitor, evaluate, and report on engagement activities—capturing best practices and successful approaches.
